Cancellation Policy for Classroom Courses:
- FalconStor reserves the right to cancel any class if a minimum number of students registered is not met.
- If you cannot attend a class for which you are registered, please notify training@falconstor.com (or trainingemea@falconstor.com) at least 72 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise there will be a $1,000 no-show fee (even for the free partners classes).
