Technical Support

FalconStor Technical Support Engineers take pride in providing our customers with swift, focused, courteous service that's just a phone call or email away. From deployment to upgrades, FalconStor's Technical Support Engineers stand ready to help your company's solutions succeed.

To provide users with the best support possible, our Technical Support Engineers work closely with fellow FalconStor Engineers representing Development, Storage Architecture, and Quality Assurance. Utilizing our diversified Technical Laboratory, they are able to support our users by working with many different types of hardware and software.

Making the gathering of critical system information exceedingly simple, the IPStor platform offers a built-in diagnostic tool: the X-Ray feature. It works by emailing an "x-ray" file (a file containing all the technical information needed to help us troubleshoot a problem) to our tech support to further expedite those occasions when you need assistance.

Levels of Support

FalconStor offers two comprehensive levels of technical support to customers: Standard and Gold. Each level is designed to optimize the performance and availability of their complex IT infrastructures.
