I promise I’ll be talking about other things than FalconStor this week, but since this is the first of hopefully many blogs this week let me give you preview of what you can expect from us at VMworld and where to find us. We are at booth #1407 and I will try to be there most of the time, but I also have a busy schedule of meetings, briefings and drinks and dinners that I’ll try to keep on the light side. At the booth you’ll be able to see three different demos
1) FalconStor Solutions for VMware View that I blogged last week about here and here. Great solution to accelerate VMware View supporting storage infrastructure with a mix of Solid State and SATA to mitigate IO storms impact and provide full data protection and recovery capability
2) FalconStor Solutions for VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager. The only solution to provide true heterogeneous replication for SRM any vendor to any vendor and any protocol to any protocol, all with WAN-optimization included.
3) And for those who still have physical machines and servers we are demoing our RecoverTrac for full automation of P2V-V2P recovery.
And related to #2 above FalconStor is enabling the vCenter Site Recovery Manager labs at VMworld, so you can have your hands-on experience with our solutions at the following labs ALT3001, LAB11, and LAB12.
