How to Play
Visit FalconStor Booth #510 to play our lucky slot machine. It is simple. To enter, pull the lever on the Slot Machine to win up to $500 instantly. Grand prize is $500. Second prize is a Roku. Only one entry (1) permitted per person per day. Individuals cannot win more than once during the dates of the IBM Edge 2013 Show (June 10th – June 12th).
Eligibility
Any prizes are available to all participants age 18 or over, who (1) visit FalconStor’s IBM Edge 2013 booth, (2) participate in the Slot Machine game (3) are software end-users or business partners, and (4) meet applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Not open to the general public. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of FalconStor Software, their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other associated entities are not eligible to participate. IBM employees are not eligible to participate.
Terms and Conditions
Each winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income and each winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the Grand Prize. Prize is not exchangeable or transferable. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute each Grand Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Each Grand Prize and Second Prize winner will be required to fill out a prize acceptance form. Each Grand Prize winner will also be required to complete a W9 form. Each winner’s acceptance of the Grand or Second Prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.
